Simple,
fair terms.
Please read these terms before booking. If anything is unclear, Caron will be happy to help.
- 01
Six-week courses must be paid for in full, in advance. Payments for classes and private sessions are non-refundable. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
- 02
Private one-to-one sessions and initial consultations are charged at £45 per hour. Two-to-one duet sessions are charged at £65 and must be paid for in advance.
- 03
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to private sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
- 04
Clients must complete and return a Client Enrolment Form, including relevant medical history, before starting classes. All information is treated in strict confidence.
- 05
A place is not confirmed until the completed health form has been returned and payment has been processed. Priority is given to current clients, followed by those on the waiting list.
- 06
A make-up class system is available when at least 24 hours’ notice of absence is given by phone, email or text.
- 07
Make-up classes are offered strictly as available. Subject to space, a client may attend a similar class during the same term.
- 08
If unexpected illness or an event beyond your control prevents 24 hours’ notice being given, special provisions may be considered.
- 09
Classes run on a termly basis in blocks of six. Payment must be made before the start of the course to confirm your place.
- 10
The Summer Programme is offered on an individual-class basis. It is payable in advance by the first week of July and payments are non-refundable.
- 11
Clients may take two weeks’ holiday during the year, whichever course they fall within. Notice must be given two weeks before the start of the relevant six-week course.
- 12
It is the client’s responsibility to consult their doctor or other medical practitioner about the suitability of Pilates and obtain written consent where necessary. While every care is taken, exercise carries inherent risks. Andover Pilates cannot accept liability for injury or illness except where caused by negligence, or where a client has not disclosed relevant health issues or special needs.
